“Floor to ceiling sliding doors connects it to a wooden terrace and to the backyard with the swimming pool,” said designer.

Excited Residence With View From The Sea

This residence was built to take advantage of the Calderona mountains and Valencia’s gulf to the south. Even there was a link between open facade connected to the swimming pool and courtyard, the exterior remained huge.

The entrance hall is the virtual axis of the house: it is a triple-height space where the staircase is located.  It is also the link of the three floors of the house.”

Elegant House for Four Families

This modern and flashy looking residence was developed by Pb Elemental Architecture, highlighted by furniture shop in Phnom Penh construction materials.

It was multi-family dwelling. Designer decorated this house for four families in two floors. In addition every house features a custom open riser stairs, two master suites with private baths and a roof deck with territorial views.

While the interior was simple and stylish, the minimalist design was arranged via entire structure. “The interiors seem to have taken inspiration from retro shades, but even they blend in with the contemporary style quite aptly,” said designer.
