Excited Residence With View From The Sea

This residence was built to take advantage of the Calderona mountains and Valencia’s gulf to the south. Even there was a link between open facade connected to the swimming pool and courtyard, the exterior remained huge.

Here is more detail information from architects, “Compact volumes in the north and west sides, an open façade orientated south facing the sea, and the east façade with some openings facing the mountain. 

The entrance hall is the virtual axis of the house: it is a triple-height space where the staircase is located.  It is also the link of the three floors of the house.”
