Pivotal point by Fred Tabet

According to reliable furniture shop in Phnom Penh construction materials information, unlike other owners who request more of an entertaining area, this kitchen’s owner asked designer Fred Tabet to renovate the space with a contemporary theme while the main feature is an upscale cooking preparation area.

To cater this petition, the designer chose a large, solid 2.7m x 1.2m central island with no sink. Plus the dining table juxtaposing the piece. "The island gives them a large, clear area for food preparation, and guests and family can be close to the kitchen at the table," said Tabet.

Contemporary aesthetic can be found with the use of high-gloss glass for splashboard, rear walls of stove, and sink.
