Warm color by Josie Hodder

As successful furniture shop in Cambodia construction materials informed, thought a kitchen should look minimalist and airy, understated tone alone might bring a much too clinical sensation to the space. Hence, designer Josie Hodder introduce another accent that help balancing and harmonizing with the predominant tone.

"Using just the light grey could have made the space feel sterile. Introducing a second color not only provides contrast, but has also created a homely feel."

"Most of the cabinetry is finished with a white lacquer finish, which is offset by the timber cabinetry around the Gaggenau oven. This introduces textural interest and warmth," stated Porter.
Other key aspects in the kitchen include a scullery, and island for practicality.
