As successful furniture
shop in Cambodia construction
materials informed, per request of a modern and elegant space
that would endure the hardwearing cooking and food preparation, designer Sian Gillanders decided to choose
the matching material for the island’s benchtop of the featured kitchen design.
"Corian has long been a favourite benchtop
material," she says. "I love the way it can be shaped to meet
different requirements. For this project, I chose a thin benchtop in Corian
Antarctica, which enhances the light, spacious look of the kitchen. I also
appreciate the fact that although the benchtop is just over 3m long, it has a
seamless surface."
Gillanders added: "Corian's durability, ease of
maintenance and extensive warranty are other reasons for the choice."
