materials reported.
He said, “Set within the
hillside, the stepped three-story home maximizes the available land and
connects the interiors to the landscape.
Derived from the
surrounding environment, the color palette and material selection includes
stone veneer, red cedar siding, and bluestone flooring.”
Interestingly, he added, “the living room and dining room are divided by a large stone
fireplace. A second, more casual living space, also anchored by a stone
fireplace, adjoins the kitchen.”
