Named
Appealathon House, it was designed by Grandwood by
Zorzi, highlighted by furniture shop in Phnom
Penh construction materials.
Relevant to the
exterior, designer used gray and white pattete on indoor while the ground floor
Guest was created with the construction of robe and flashy ensuite. More amazingly,
you will enjoy plenty of natural light in all levels because all windows open
to the North.
One of the main points
of this design was both artificial pond beneath and an open tread timber
staircase which connected all the other elements together.
According to architects,
“at the top of the stairs a bridge divides the Master
and Junior suites. “The bridge, with floor to ceiling glass windows overlooks
the large dining area and external alfresco.
A
functional study/activity room prefaces the entry to the two Junior Suites, one
with its own ensuite. A private balcony adjoins the activity room.”
