This house was known as
“The House with Coloured
Lights” is a bright and vivid home, very modern and last, but not least, fun, furniture
shop in Phnom Penh construction
materials reported.
Moreover, the exterior
was said to be neat and clean, in line with cubics-shaped windows of various sizes.
However the
smaller window one are especially attracted due to the usage of color glass.
It was a truly musical instrument decoration. For instance, the double-height living room is a lively place, animated
by the cone-like openings oriented towards the South. “The space contains an architectural promenade, generated by a system of
staggered levels, with oblique viewing points,” said architects.
Once
inside, it was dominated by white which offers the feeling of space and
openness. The architects decided to break the white’s supremacy through
“excessive” use of wood in order to enhance and establish harmony and balance.
Ground
floor features all rooms. In this regards, those rooms are well connected
to the outdoor allowing the sun to sneak
inside and creating a warm and bright living environment
