materials informed, the British-based co-designers Astbury
and Cho has introduced their collection called “Fade” for bathroom accessories
such as containers and furniture with blue-ish, grey and serene scheme with
rounded-like shapes.
The duo’s collection consists of thirteen pieces such as a low table, a mirror, a group of trays and containers aligned from small to big size. Though they look rounded but the outer profiles have a little square-like figures which the designers stated representing their ideas of manipulating the shape of the items.
"The aim was the representation of transformation within the objects," said Cho.
He added: "The
process of shifting from one state to another was the inspiration."
