Though there are many way to conventionally design a bathroom for a contemporary and deluxe approach, defying the norm can also sometimes bring out something new and thus leading to a new trend. Thus, designer Claire MacLean had demolish the traditional enclosed bathroom and remodeled it to be an open-air view with the outdoor bushes and seaside backdrop.

"A stand-alone, two-person tub was another requirement," she says. "This was positioned in front of large, sliding windows to maximize the bush outlook. With the windows open, it is like bathing outdoors. The position of the bath also provides a view through the house to the sea out the other side."

"The client wanted a vanity that was a little out of the ordinary, hence the shaped basin and a glass mosaic splashback that is almost the full height of the room. The cantilevered unit contributes to the spacious look." added the designer, according to reliable furniture shop in Phnom Penh construction materials information.
