laundry room in her house for a better appearance and practicality.
In order to firstly achieve the visual appeal, Bree chose
the classical look that match with Victorian style house. Most of the
upholstery themes were handcrafting with various geometries. Besides the
artistic idea, Bree also came up with how to put those magnificent design
pieces to their ultimate working tasks.
"I started by putting the main work area, with the
sink, ironing board and ice maker, near the sash window," he stated.
"This gives good task lighting, while giving the owner views of her
fernery. Pale surfaces throughout the room also give enough reflected light in
the storage areas for finding and sorting items easily."
Despite the dew atmosphere, Bree ensured the dryness of the
room with the use of ventilation.
