Color appreciation by Lynn Malone

In most of the bathroom design, light and soft colors are always preferred since they are considered a safe and comfort zone in the design process. However, designer and owner of the designing house Lynn Malone has a different approach toward the idea.

Though applying a unique personality to her own bathroom, Malone made sure not to spoil her main focus. "The secret to taking a more adventurous approach is not to get carried away with too many colors, finishes and materials," Malone says. "Red is almost the new neutral for modern interiors."

Aside from applying red color, Malone also enjoyed the display of her art collection that coordinated with the red theme. Provided by notable furniture in Cambodia construction materials, she also applied white theme as a supporting background and brighter look for some of the furniture and accessories in the bathroom.
