As successful furniture
shop in Cambodia construction
materials informed, adopting the Spanish Revival style,
architect Bulent
Baydar remodeled the featured master bathroom’s look of a classical
Mediterranean spar-resort luxury.
Besides its arch ceiling with decorative chandelier and
mosaic tiles of the tub cover, the bathtub’s position is the key factor in the
design element.
"The tub is positioned to float in the space, bringing
a sense of dynamic tension to the room, which is emphasized by the angles
coming down from the vaulted ceiling. Its position also allows for a wide
surround, providing space for candles and decorations," he said.
To reinforce the antique theme, earthy tones and detailing
are added in the design with ornate accessories such as candle and gold silk
curtain to bring a dramatic and romantic touch.
