According to reliable
furniture shop in Phnom Penh construction
materials information, designed by Constance Petersen,
the pictured bathroom was designed to be a pampering luxury for owner.
"I was able to combine the client's wish for marble
surfaces with the desired soft aesthetic by close attention to several
elements," stated Petersen. "Firstly, we chose a type of marble with
a warm gray and beige streak running through it. This is then picked up by the
teal-toned walls and the cover on the chair that sits between the ‘his-and-hers’
vanities. This cover falls in graceful ruffles, adding to the overall
effect."
"Naturally, lighting is an
integral part of the design," added Petersen. "Traditional-style wall
sconces bring another delicate touch to the space, as well as providing task
lighting. In addition, wood shutters throw diffuse natural light onto the fluid
curves of the freestanding tub."
