landscape. As the designers offered, “Casa Mecano functions as an organism that
adapts to its environment.
The project maximizes
the use of passive design strategies through bio-climatic architecture in order
to achieve the thermal comfort levels, adequate for the tropical environment.”
In addition, the
rooftop of the house is such a sail and a manual system has been designed to
allow the client to change its inclination with the direct sunlight inside the
house.
Anyway, the interior of
the house is modern with a generous living and dining space acting as the main
part of the house.
