Provided by notable

materials, duo designer Deborah McLaughlin and Bob Rosenthal cooperated to revise the featured
kitchen with a traditional European flair that meets the functionality of an
extended family.
The practical fixtures were chosen for its less obvious look and help
create a furniture-style interior. The corbels, distressed design, and adorned
moldings enhance the old-world theme.
"With its corbels, turned posts and dentil crown, the hearth is the
most decorative element in the kitchen," said McLaughlin."The hearth
extends up to the ceiling, but varying the height of the other cabinets creates
a more interesting aesthetic,"
Cozy and understated accents were chosen to complement the
furniture-like look of the space and rustic feel.
