Geometrical form by Malcolm Sholl

Provided by notable furniture in Cambodia construction materials, designer Malcolm Sholl was asked to renovate this highly modern home. With an open-plan setting, a strong geometrical proportion can certainly be achieved.

"The exterior may be small in size, but it is big in its architectural statement," said Sholl. "Its cubist forms and strong lines are dramatic by day and night."

"It's as though we've taken a cube and sliced bits out of it," continued Sholl.

"I think it shows that we can build contemporary townhouses on the waterfront that blend tastefully with the natural environment."
