According to reliable
furniture shop in Phnom Penh construction
materials information, designer Tina Muller was assigned to
remodel the featured bathroom with crammed, narrow and outdated space.
"The bathroom needed to be completely remodeled but
there was literally nowhere to go," she spoke. "We could only use the
existing space, which was long and narrow. The room was made smaller by a solid
wall between the tub and shower, and a half wall that concealed the
toilet."
"The owner wanted a much more modern, clean-lined
master bathroom that would be very serene, like a spa. It needed to be soft,
and not too hard-edged, with an elegant look."
"This completely opened up the bathroom and made it
seem a lot larger," Muller claimed of the removal of two walls and a
replacement of shower walls with glass. "Because we removed the half wall,
the new toilet was turned 90° so it now backs up to the main wall, which is a
lot more convenient, yet it is still out of sight from the door."
"It's a very warm gray," says the designer of
using Carrara marble in the design. "And we repeated it in the porcelain
floor tiles, and even the wood stain has a hint of gray."
