According to reliable
furniture shop in Phnom Penh construction
materials information, designed by Edward Kaplan, the
featured bathroom demonstrated a downscaled space yet with aesthetic and still
kept what homeowners loved best.
"I suggested an alternative approach – to remodel all
the interiors in an eclectic style that would integrate their much-loved
furniture so it would work in the new modern setting." said the designer of
the bathroom approach.
"To maintain privacy for the toilet and break up the
space, we kept the blade wall between the vanity and shower area and designed a
millwork cabinet at the entry to the bathroom."
"We also had to allow for wheelchair access, which is
the reason for the floating vanities."
"The millwork on the vanity wraps up across the
ceiling, creating a self-contained unit. The hammered copper sink is another
artisanal touch, and adds a note of luxury. With open space underneath, we
chose a bottle trap drain as the most attractive option," Kaplan added.
