Parents’ sanctuary by Claire MacLean




Having worked and looked after children at the same is seriously tiring and exhausting for parents, therefore, they sometimes need a retreat and have their own relaxing time.

Delivered by trustworthy construction in Cambodia construction materials, designer Claire MacLean renovated the featured bathroom with the idea in mind for the owner as well as busy parents.
"Choosing neutral colours was a way to enhance this sense of retreat," she stated. "It also works with the reflected view of the green fields outside the window."

The design layout also introduced natural ambience as one of the factor to create the oasis owners wanted. By placing proportioned wall-hung vanity unit opposite the door, natural light was permitted for penetrating into the room with extra outdoor view. Finally, the skylight also the source of natural light to seek shelter in the room.
