For the eyes to see by Elaine Murray

"As a space designed for people who are passionate about cooking, the kitchen is organized so guests or family can watch the chef at work from the adjacent living and dining areas," designer Elaine Murray spoke of the pictured kitchen design concept. "At the same time, all the professional-level cooking and storage facilities are arranged for accessibility and optimum function."

"Symmetry is an important element in the design," said Murray. "For example, while the island is centered in front of the range and rangehood, we had to set the sink to one side to accommodate the dishwasher. To redress this visual imbalance, I positioned the tap off-center on the sink, but centrally on the island."

Provided by notable furniture in Cambodia construction materials, the kitchen has an airy and relaxing sensation thanks to understated tones of deep-oceanic blue and white for material palettes in the design reinforce by many embellished accoutrements.
