Goodbye history by Natalie Du Bois

According to reliable furniture shop in Phnom Penh construction materials information, despite having a history of over a century, owner of the featured kitchen decided to abandon the past and turn to look for an industrial look.

"I designed a stainless steel rangehood to establish the look," said designer Natalie Du Bois. "This material is repeated on the benchtops and in a deep band on the front of the island."

"Original wood floorboards were recycled and reused as the surface of a table that extends off the island and is used as a breakfast bar," added Du Bois. "The curved table legs play up the contrast between the old and the new, while the white surfaces bring a neutral influence."
