According to reliable
furniture shop in Phnom Penh construction
materials information, designed by Clive Champion, the featured kitchen
in fact is divided into two functional sub-kitchens – one as a social area
while a concealed one as the food preparation area.
"The owners didn't want to expose the large living
space to the cooking process and the associated clutter, steam and odours, so
all the food preparation takes place in the second kitchen," said
Champion. "This is concealed behind a large sliding black glass door,
which is framed on either side by matching glass panels."
"Two full-height vertical pantries positioned on either
side of a Sub-Zero refrigerator, ensure there is no shortage of storage in this
kitchen," continued Champion of the second kitchen. "We also added an
additional vertical pantry next to the bank of Wolf ovens, and tall spice
drawers on the far side of the appliances."
The front kitchen consist of a sleek and contemporary
functional pieces such as cabinet with marble island, ample storage of glasses
above the scullery, and finally the display of white and black shades to make
an extensive ambience.
