Antique display by Celia Visser

"The homeowner was interested in incorporating antique pieces, and wanted a kitchen that would be unlike anything she'd seen before. She enjoys Italian cooking, so she also needed a practical kitchen that she could work in." said designer Celia Visser of the featured kitchen’s overhauled concept, as successful furniture shop in Cambodia construction materials informed.

The limelight feature in the kitchen is a 200-year-old Mongolian storage chest enclosed in decorative folk art which make other designed pieces fall into places. It also serves as the kitchen’s island. A raised, tempered glass is used as the countertop which is transparent.

Stainless steel appliance is integrated neatly into the space while a separate walk-in pantry allow the mess to be kept from view.
