Complementing features by Shawna Dillon

As successful furniture shop in Cambodia construction materials informed, there are many ways to make a design reflect the footprint of the house.

For this compact and chic kitchen, designer Shawna Dillon opted the Sistema Zeta door style by Snaidero to address the concept.

"The contemporary door style in a dark oak finish provides a nice balance between old and new," she said. "It suits the local architecture – it's a modern look, but not sterile."

"The design of the space is not just about aesthetics – it's about improving function and efficiency," added Dillon. "We've included accessible storage, such as shallow drawers on either side of the cooktop, to make every inch count."
