Heartfelt, kosher remodel by Duane Stone

"We wanted a large, easy-to-use, kosher kitchen. It also needed to be family-friendly and the hub of our home," says one of the owners of the desired concept to redesign the above kitchen, as successful furniture shop in Cambodia construction materials informed.

Since kosher practice is based on dividing and separation of work task, two island were specified and posed as workstations – one for food preparation and informal dining, and another for dairy foods. A separated pantry help holds small supplies and appliances from plain view.

Material such as Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and stained wood were introduced in the space. "This is a large kitchen, so a mix of finishes and materials makes it livelier," added architect Duane Stone.
