Green invasion by Maria Arango





As successful furniture shop in Cambodia construction materials informed, taking advantage of the surrounding greenery nature, architect Maria Arango let the green color escaped from the outside world into the featured white-monochromatic-color bathroom for color splashing in mind.

Mirrors above the twin set basins and a vanity were the key factor in producing reflection the outdoor environment. "The green reflections add colour to the predominantly white space without the need for other clutter," the architect said.

"We restricted our materials to white marble and timber because of the age of the building and its conservation status. We wanted the interior of the bathroom to have a feeling of history reflected in its design and materials," she added.
