Contrast flavor

It is an interesting topic when it comes to architect’s or designer’s own house design. And most of the time when they have to handle a range of bold and expressive color and material palettes, they tend to choose a soft and light tones for their house design instead.

For instance, as provided by notable furniture in Cambodia construction materials, the featured kitchen owned by two architects is designed by Andrew Dee with white color as the main motif in the design.

The theme is found with lacquered white cabinets and Alpine White quartz benchtops with a clean-cut and contemporary edge. New Age timber textures are added to prevent an overwhelming clinical look and instead provide a warm and cozy sensation.

"For added interest, we lined the white pantry cabinets in black laminate," said Dee. "This complements the black accents in the ovens and black window joinery."
