Tuscan-inspired refashion by Jon Swain and Fatima McNell

Delivered by trustworthy construction in Cambodia construction materials, renowned for its beautiful surroundings and landscape, Tuscan-style house always inspires a country design.

Architect Jon Swain and designer Fatima McNell took cue from this concept and renovated the pictured kitchen in a harmonious tone and appearance.

"Many elements are deliberately not exactly the same. For example, the cabinetry on either side of the mantelpiece is slightly different," said McNell. "Symmetry with a hint of asymmetry makes the eye wander and look and explore more – perfect symmetry can numb the senses."

"The cabinetry has seeded glass panels, and the walls have three layers of stucco and rolled edges. Rounded edges also appear on the granite countertops and cabinetry, which has been detailed to evoke the look of furniture," added McNell.
