Warm and compact by Jim Meloy

As successful furniture shop in Cambodia construction materials informed, due to the limited space provided for the featured kitchen, designer designer Jim Meloy had to come up with a solution of providing enough storage with a tepid ambience in the redesigned space.

"We chose a rich brown stain and glaze on cherry for the cabinets, and paired this with deep wine-red granite countertops,"

Other key features in the kitchen design include professional stainless steel appliances, a beadboard ceiling and a decorative, custom-tiled backsplash made of rhomboid tiles in glass, marble, stone and porcelain which visually connect the materials and tones of the space in harmony.
