Provided by notable
furniture in Cambodia construction
materials, located in front of a spectacular panoramic sea
view, the featured open-plan ensuite was designed with view-oriented concept.
Hence, bringing bathroom into the living space was a way to enjoy the view any
time of day.
"The high gabled roof in the center of the room
provided a way to accentuate the focal points – the bed and the elevated bathtub,
which sits directly behind the headboard," Terry says. "The position
of the tub, which was suggested by one of the owners, ensures the owners can
enjoy the spectacular sea view while bathing."
The bed and bathtub were the center stage in the design
follow by a fireplace to keep the atmosphere warm and airy. With a symmetrical
design, his-and-hers dressing rooms and closets were placed opposite each other
behind. Further symmetry was found in teak slate floor and suspended ceiling.
