According to reliable
furniture shop in Phnom Penh construction
materials information, this semi-traditional kitchen that is
highly functional is cut out of natural light source. Hence, designer Sean
Daigle need to maximize the materials and tones to lighten the space.
"Apart from liking its crisp finish, one of the reasons
for choosing white for most surfaces in the kitchen was because of the lack of
natural light coming into it. This particular shade of white, which is brighter
than many other whites, helps to lighten the space," says the designer.
The traditional motif is echoed through the use of paneled
doors and drawers of the cabinets and the glamorous chandelier above the
central island. Artificial lights are strategically place to give a sense of
space and light to the kitchen.
