"Our aim was to create a kitchen with a contemporary
feel, and with extra space for seating and eating. It had to be functional, and
spacious enough to become a gathering place for family and friends," said
designer Cathy Stathopoulos of the above kitchen’s overhauled project, as
successful furniture shop in Cambodia construction materials
informed.
The chic profile is achieves with the use of flat-paneled,
solid walnut cabinets in a toffee stain veneer reinforced by Brazilian
quartzite granite for splashbacks, the island and perimeter countertops.
For traffic circulation to gather people, the kitchen is
created in an L-shaped space where the command central is the island serving as
cooking and food preparation.
Windows and skylight allow natural light to spread through
the entire space which offers a greater sense of volume and fresh ambience.
