Blending in the space by Sian Gillanders



"The brief included a desire to retain a furniture-like feel, along with attention to detail, texture and balance between existing windows." Said designer Sian Gillanders of the above kitchen’s renovation concept, as successful furniture shop in Cambodia construction materials informed.

A space that integrates well to owner’s collection of artistic canvases and furniture is also the brief given to the designer. Answering this is the neutral theme from charcoal grey cabinetry to keeps the eye on the emphasized artworks while aluminum edges accentuate the cabinetry’s design. The furniture-like ambience can be found with aluminum plinth bases.

The kitchen also features a dining table and several small window for natural light intake into the vase space.
