Traditionally England and industrial by Richard Greene and Holly Greene

Delivered by trustworthy construction in Cambodia construction materials, duo designers Richard Greene and Holly Greene was asked to have the above kitchen remodeled with a modern functionality yet without the expense of its traditional outline of an old-style England house.

The solution was to conceal the presence of the contemporary technology. "We wanted to disguise the fact that this is a fully operational kitchen," said Richard Greene. "Consequently, all the appliances, except the range, are integrated into the cabinets. And the range is set within a recess framed by a traditional Tudor-style arch, which is replicated by an arch around a fire surround on the same axis in the living room."

The distressing cabinetry, exposed beams, arch doors, antique chandelier, and natural material palettes all contributes to the classical England feel.
