Delivered by

duo designers Richard
Greene and Holly Greene was asked to have the above kitchen remodeled with a
modern functionality yet without the expense of its traditional outline of an
old-style England house.
The solution was to conceal the presence of the contemporary
technology. "We
wanted to disguise the fact that this is a fully operational kitchen," said
Richard Greene. "Consequently, all the appliances, except the range, are
integrated into the cabinets. And the range is set within a recess framed by a
traditional Tudor-style arch, which is replicated by an arch around a fire
surround on the same axis in the living room."
The distressing cabinetry, exposed beams, arch doors,
antique chandelier, and natural material palettes all contributes to the
classical England feel.
