As successful furniture
shop in Cambodia construction
materials informed, it is not an everyday task where
designers get the chance to put their hands on creating something different in
a kitchen renovation. This luck has been bestowed to designer Kaya Cinar.
The brief from owner is
a space that is modern and owns something a little extra, something unexpected. According to owner, the debut
of the renovation is the zebrawood veneer. This material teams with
dark-stained, quarter-sawn white oak to create the cabinets.
What sets the kitchen apart, though, is the flamboyant red
glass tiles for the splashback. This vibrant tone creates a sparkling effect in
the space and enhances the kitchen's strong horizontal lines.
