Provided by notable
furniture in Cambodia construction
materials, to make the most out of the spectacular harbor
view, owner of the featured kitchen requested designer Irene James of a minimalist design
that would not distract the eyes from the inspiring outlook.
James, hence, opted a
sleek, streamlined tree-
and native bush-clad material to create a simple kitchen design that pares back
to the background.
The cabinetry and wall panels of the kitchen are made of
light-brown stained American oak incorporated with stainless steel functional
pieces and marble benchtops that make the whole space a clutter-free image.
Paring back the design is not enough. To maximize the
outdoor sight, the kitchen is positioned on an elevated floor with glazing
windows for the vista viewing.
